Great app but needs more

I think it would be really cool if there was the car thing and if you could change there hair but the best thing would be a hospital I think it would also be great in city. I have used the hair salon and the tailors in city and the student hangout in school as a doctors office. And it would also be cool if you could make a fourth app that you could travel between the three games and make pit stops along the way.I would also love to have more houses and for there to be beds in the doctors office/hospital.
